Job Description
Role – Cover Supervisor
Start Date – ASAP
Daily rate - £90 - £110 a day depending on experience
Location - Ashford
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisor for a comprehensive secondary school in the Ashford area.
The Role Of A Cover Supervisor:
* Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
* Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Provide support to students as needed
* Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
* Previous experience within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
* Ability to manage behaviour effectively
* Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
* Legal right to work in the UK
