The Role: They are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Associate to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Keeping up to date with changes in commercial property law and policy.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
