Job Description
My client is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team. You will manage a portfolio of clients across various niche markets, acting as the liaison between clients and the fast-paced shop floor. Your role will be crucial in achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include raising accurate estimates, briefing Operations Managers to ensure high-quality production, updating dashboards and work-in-progress spreadsheets, creating job bags with clear instructions, and consulting with suppliers to arrange outwork and manage purchase orders. You will track production stages, ensure products meet customer specifications, confirm delivery dates, and coordinate with the dispatch team and courier partners for worldwide consignments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong planning and organisational abilities, and be initiative-taking with a friendly attitude. Experience in any sector will be considered.
