About the role: Supply Teacher: Teach Now is partnering with some fantastic primary schools across Ealing, offering you the chance to choose when and where you teach! Whether you specialise in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, we have roles that suit your expertise and passion. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work part-time, fitting teaching around your schedule. This is a great opportunity to step into different classroom environments, supporting students in various schools across the vibrant borough of Ealing. You’ll engage with diverse groups of students, delivering engaging lessons, covering for staff absences, and ensuring that pupils continue to learn in a nurturing and structured environment. This role is perfect for experienced teachers who enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain a wide range of teaching experiences in some of Ealing’s best schools.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
• Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
• Adapt to different teaching environments and school cultures.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Maintain classroom management and ensure student safety and engagement.
