Role: Marketing Manager (on-site)

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £38,000-£45,000pa dependant on experience

Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead this next chapter in this impressive company’s growth. If you like having ownership in your role and love being creative, this could be the role for you.

The purpose of the role is lead generation for other members of the team and there is a generous bonus scheme in place as a reward for succeeding in this position; it is all about the ROI. This role does not require you to sale, other members of the team will do these activities.

Duties:

• Create a strategy, implement and manage the company’s online presence, social media platforms, SEO and website
• Analyse, track and report on campaign performance to strive for the best outcomes
• Lead generation through social media, Google Ads and others
• Using the company CRM and email marketing campaigns
• Responsible for the company newsletter

Skills and experience:

• Experience in increasing sales through Digital Marketing to include SEO, website, Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Social Media
• Experience of using a CRM
• Experience of targeted email marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
• Experience of managing a company website and content
• Experience of creating a company newsletter (or similar) and sourcing content
• B2B Marketing experience
