Job Description

Central Employment are working with a leading and established Digital Agency based in central Newcastle. Due to growth within their Client Services team, they require a client facing and highly organised Digital Account Manager.


Newcastle based role, hybrid working after on-boarding and training period

£30,000-£35,000 DOE + benefits

Core working hours are 10-4, Mon-Fri


Role Overview:

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing these relationships. You will lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring that our services exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements.

Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
