Location: Bristol (Queen Square)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Role overview:


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media. This position offers opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement in a supportive environment, with the added benefit of collaborating with our in-house studio alongside our 3D designers, developers, and animators.


Responsibilities:


  • Create original designs, illustrations, and infographics for both digital and print media.
  • Develop visual elements for websites and digital platforms, collaborating with web developers.
  • Ensure design standards and consistency across all marketing and design projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to create engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of UI concepts and elements for web projects.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with 3D designers, developers, and animators to integrate graphic design into broader projects.


What we’re looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including some web-related work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding and experience of web design principles and responsive design.
  • Excellent typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Bonus points:


  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with design software like Figma.
  • Understanding of current web design trends and best practices.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
