Location: London, York (all Aviva sites can be considered)
Salary circa £75,000
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join one of Aviva's most exciting business units in a high-profile, varied and rewarding role, which will provide real-time support and analysis, not only of the Aviva business but also of the broader UK market and our key competitors. The new colleague will be part of the largest division of Aviva, and be in the forefront of our key financial and business related activities.
A bit about the job:
The Finance Business Partner is a key role supporting our Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business, including support for Annuity Asset Origination and the Reinsurance and Structuring team. Our new colleague will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic agenda, and providing the business with choices about how they use their capital. The role will work in conjunction with an existing team supporting BPA and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to deliver Best in Class finance support including business performance management information, forecast and plan, risk management, cost control and delivery of the strategic change agenda.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Advanced Data Analysis Tools Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools, with experience in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Capital Financial Metrics: Strong understanding of Solvency II financial metrics.
- Technical Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical terms and present detailed information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with various teams and individuals at all organisational levels.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen interest in macroeconomics.

- Salary around £ 75,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
