Roles and Responsibilities
Teaching Assistant (TA):
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Assisting with classroom preparation and resources.
Encouraging positive behaviour and a love for learning.
Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.Cover Supervisor:
Managing a classroom in the teacher's absence.
Delivering pre-prepared lessons to ensure learning continues.
Maintaining classroom order and fostering a positive learning environment.
Building strong relationships with students to support their development.
