Marketing Campaign Executive

Job Description
The Marketing Campaign Executive will support the planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving new sales leads and expand our market presence. You will work closely with our creative team—including a graphics designer, web developer, data analyst, and copywriter—to assist in the creation and delivery of impactful marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is looking to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support sales lead generation and brand growth.
Collaborate with the graphics designer, web developer, data analyst, and copywriter to support the creation of campaign assets..
Execute specific digital marketing tasks, such as social media postings email marketing and website content updates.
Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics, working closely with the data analyst.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
Support content creation, including drafting promotional materials and social media content, under supervision.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team where needed.

Essential:
General Marketing Understanding: Foundational understanding of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas and supporting team members effectively.
Organisation: Good organisational skills to assist in managing tasks and keeping campaigns on track.
Desirable:
Exposure to Marketing: Internship or project-based experience in a marketing role is beneficial but not required.
Creativity & Initiative: Ability to contribute ideas and support creative processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
SEO Awareness: Basic understanding of SEO concepts and a willingness to develop skills in this area.
