Job Description

Grade B - £39,390 (National Framework) or £44,792 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Home-Based

You will be responsible for the talent management approach in CQC. You will support the business in developing the talent strategy and put in place a talent framework. You will also lead on apprenticeships and will be expected to manage our apprenticeship strategy

What you will bring…

You will be CIPD qualified up to level 3 (or equivalent in a related HR discipline) with extensive experience within a talent related field.

You will be a HR professional with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

You need to have high levels of relationship and influencing skills at senior levels.

You will have experience of working on and in the development of talent programmes and apprenticeships.

You will be passionate about people development and will enjoy seeing colleagues develop in their roles.
