Job Title: Air/Water Commissioning Engineer
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £26k - £45k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with a South West based provider of HVAC Commissioning services. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on a qualified and competent Air/Water Commissioning Engineer. This client is renowned for their high standard of work and commitment to clients, well known for their reputation and ability to provide consistent, long term training and career development to employees.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Bridgwater, Minehead, Weston-Super-Mare, Bampton, Tiverton, Barnstable, Exeter, Okehampton, Exmouth, Ilminster, Bridport, Shaftesbury, Warminster, Devizes, Marlborough, Chippenham, Swindon, Cirencester, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Newport, Cardiff, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Porthcawl, Monmouth.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working hands on as an Air/Water Commissioning Engineer for a reputable company.
" Holding CSA Grade 2 or higher is beneficial to the role.
" Will be well versed in CIBSE guidelines.
" Excellent communication and time management skills.
" Will be hard working with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
The Role:
" Balancing of AHU, fan coils, supply/extract, primary and secondary and MVHR systems.
" Balancing of closed heated and chilled water systems.
" Working from building plans and drawings.
" Carrying out validations of systems within healthcare sites. (if competent)
" Producing commissioning reports.
" Providing witness duties.
" Training new Engineers.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with BSRIA / CIBSE guidelines.
" Handing systems over to clients and carrying out in-depth demonstrations.
" Working closely with clients to provide excellent technical support and advice.
