Full-time, Monday - Friday

Are you an aspiring secondary school teacher, looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant role from January?

Are you looking to use a Graduate Teaching Assistant role as a way to gain hands-on paid secondary school experience?

Do you have some form of paid or voluntary experience with young people?

A vibrant East London secondary school in Hackney is looking to appoint a Graduate who has an interest in teaching to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from October.

This would be the ideal role for a Graduate who is thinking about training to become a secondary school teacher in the future and is looking to spend the academic year growing and developing through working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

This Hackney secondary school is the ideal environment for graduates who are keen to join a supportive and thriving school community.

The successful Graduate will be assigned a class between Year 7 and Year 11 and will support the class teacher while covering all areas of the secondary curriculum. You will be working with students of all abilities in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

The school is eager to hear from Graduates who have gained some form of experience with young people. You may have gained this experience in a number of ways, such as youth work, sports coaching, or tutoring.

This secondary school Graduate Teaching Assistant role is full-time, Monday - Friday, and will commence in October.
