Salary - Circa £45,000-£50,000
12-month FTC

A bit about the job:
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of development projects that will enhance Aviva's BPA proposition, helping support Trustees and pension scheme members as they approach retirement. You'll have responsibility for coordinating with cross-functional teams to align our initiatives with Aviva's broader strategy, while identifying opportunities for improvement and driving customer-focused solutions. This role directly contributes to our ambition to redefine digital experiences and improve automation across BPA.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading change and managing cross-functional projects to drive customer-focused improvements.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly across diverse audiences.
- Skilled at constructive problem-solving and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong task ownership and the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities.
- Familiarity with delivering propositions within the Customer Propositions Framework is a plus, but not essential.
What you'll get for this role:
- Salary - Circa £45,000-£50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
