Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a PE Teacher to work in an inner city SEMH provision school in Central Leeds.
This is a full-time PE Teacher placement and will be to start ASAP until the end of the academic year, in the first instance, with a potential to be made permanent.
A successful Teacher will be able to deliver a PE Curriculum in both KS3 and KS4. Experience working with students with challenging behaviours would also be required for this role.
This is a ’Good’ Ofsted rated Alternative provision, based in Central Leeds, where the principal, senior leaders and staff have created a school which is absolutely focused on achieving the best outcomes for pupils. It is a school that helps pupils turn their lives around and gives them a better future.
Requirements:
* QTS or relevant teaching qualification
* Well qualified with an honours degree in relevant subject
* 2 x references from educational establishments
* A passion for success and quality teaching
* An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service
Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
