CNC Training Partner / Nr Gerrard’s Cross / Up to £45,000 per annum
Syntech Recruitment are seeking a CNC Training Partner to develop and deliver training programmes for machinists. You’ll play a crucial role in upskilling staff through classroom sessions, hands-on training, and assessments.
CNC Training Partner Responsibilities:
Create and run tailored training programmes for machinists.
Provide classroom and on-the-job training.
Coordinate external courses and maintain the department’s competency matrix.
Support appraisals and staff development with feedback and performance evaluations.
Drive continuous improvement activities.
CNC Training Partner Skillset:
Experience in training and developing machinists or manufacturing teams.
Knowledge of CNC machine operations, metal cutting, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) or HNC/HND is ideal
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defence sectors.
