The Role: Sales Consultant
This is a Sales Executive role with a focus on recruitment. Your mission? Spot opportunities, source top-notch candidates, and connect them with clients in need. This is NOT an HR position but a strategic, results-driven sales role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with NHS Trusts and private sector organizations.
* Confidently approach new clients to identify their staffing needs.
* Source and match candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
* Organize and monitor recruitment processes to ensure smooth delivery.
* Use your communication skills to provide assurance and excellence to clients and candidates.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in achieving targets.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media.
* Organized: Strong prioritization and process management skills. Confidence in prioritising and speaking to professional people daily is a must.
* Confident Communicator: Exceptional oral and written communication. Exceptional telephone manner to give assurances to our clients that we can support them. The ability to confidently approach NHS Trusts that we haven’t yet managed to introduce ourselves to; and ask what their needs and opportunities are.
* Driven: A proactive approach to finding opportunities and achieving outcomes.

* Competitive Salary: £25,000-£27,000.
* Monthly Bonus Potential: A realistic monthly bonus of between £500-£1500 is achievable after training however this does rely on the organisational and sales skills of the individual. The opportunities are there.
