The Graduate Building Surveyor will work under the supervision of experienced surveyors to provide a wide range of building surveying services. Job Description:
Assist in the delivery of building surveys, inspections, and condition reports.
Support project management activities, including contract administration and tendering.
Participate in design and specification work, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Contribute to dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service delivery.
Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure successful outcomes.Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
Recent graduate in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
Working toward or interest in pursuing RICS accreditation.
Strong technical skills and a keen interest in building surveying practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Additional Details:
