Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Glasgow / Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE

Position Overview:
As an Internal Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our operational and strategic goals. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract the best candidates to align with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and
professional networks to build a talent pipeline.
* Collaboration: Work with department managers to understand hiring needs and create
job descriptions that reflect the role's requirements.
* Employer Branding: Promote as an employer of choice by building strong relationships
and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
* Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire,
and provide regular updates to management.
* Candidate Management: Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles and
ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in a recruitment role,
* Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, familiarity with Applicant
Tracking Systems (ATS), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
