Senior Sales Officer
Salary: £33,500.00 - £37500 per annum with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: London Borough of Camden

What you'll be doing;
Provide direct account management for customers worth over £20k within the portfolio, building strong relationships to enable security and growth of these contracts.
Regular customer meetings, training, innovation projects, reporting and sustainability road maps.
Pro-actively engage existing customers through phone calls and door knocking to find service increases.
Meet monthly targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager for financial increases and customer contact times.
Manage all existing customer contracts (3,500 customers, value of £7m) and relationships to increase revenue and reduce
attrition.
Complete contractual changes and revenue increases for existing customers across the whole Borough of Camden.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (customer service and operations) to ensure service changes are mobilised
quickly and effectively.
Deliver waste awareness training to customers, host facility tours and undertake waste audits.
Establish customer improvement plans to increase recycling rates and grow revenue.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, within the London Borough of Camden, such as Business Improvement Districts
What we're looking for;
Sales and account management experience
Municipal waste industry knowledge - desirable
Local knowledge of the London Borough of Camden
Use of sales platforms, e.g. Salesforce
