Job Title: 1-1 SEN TA
Location: Wolverhampton
Compensation: £80-£100 per day
About the Role:
Tradewind are looking for a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a unique opportunity supporting 16-24 year old students in a mainstream Further Education setting. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students across a wide range of needs and learning abilities.
This opportunity includes the added benefit of consistent work through most school holidays (including summer and half terms).
Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, aiding in their academic and personal development.
Collaborate closely with educators to execute tailored learning plans.
Cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant classroom atmosphere.
Provide personalised assistance to students on an individual basis.Requirements:
Prior experience working with learners with SEND is highly preferred.
Possess educational qualifications or relevant credentials.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
Exhibit a genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of diverse learners.Benefits:
