£44,827 + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Benefits
2 Shift – 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required to join an expanding business who are industry leaders in their sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company which can offer job security and stability.
Candidates will be mechanically biased / multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers from a CNC machine shop background or equivalent.
The successful engineer will be responsible for carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance on CNC equipment within a machine shop. You will ensure that all supplies, materials and parts are available so that the equipment is working at its best while minimising the disruption to production where possible.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Role:
* Breakdown repair, fault finding and preventative maintenance across all production machinery.
* Undertake root cause analysis investigations as well as implementing or advising on corrective action to ensure that any potential future failures are eradicated or mitigated.
* Mechanically biased role with a wide variety of mechanical and electrical aspects.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Candidate:
* An experienced mechanically biased /Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer from a CNC machine shop environment or equivalent.
* Able to read and interpret schematics to formulate repair solutions.
* Understanding / awareness of machining / manufacturing principles.
* Will hold an apprenticeship or equivalent relevant qualification
