Job Description

WNTD is expanding its team with a focus on building the next generation of Talent Solutions Partners.


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist who will be responsible for recruiting recent graduates and trainees, providing them with essential training in the fundamentals of our industry. This foundational preparation will equip them to later work effectively with a Talent Solutions Partner as consultants within the data centre market.


In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring new talent at WNTD gains a comprehensive understanding of the data centre industry and our consulting approach. Your work will build a team of motivated graduates and trainees who, with your guidance, will be ready to partner with Talent Solutions experts and contribute to WNTD’s growth in the data centre sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Recruiting Graduate & Trainee Talent

- Identify and attract recent graduates and trainees with a keen interest in data centres, technology, and talent solutions.

- Focus on candidates who show potential and an eagerness to learn, laying the groundwork for a future role as Talent Solutions Partners.

- Develop an engaging recruitment process that highlights the unique opportunity to start a career at WNTD, with a clear path for growth and learning.


Designing and Delivering Foundational Training

- Create a structured training programme covering the essentials of data centre operations, market analysis, talent sourcing, and WNTD’s consulting approach.

- Ensure trainees gain a strong understanding of the basic principles and skills needed in talent solutions, allowing them to transition smoothly to working alongside a Talent Solutions Partner.

- Regularly update and refine training materials to stay aligned with industry trends and WNTD’s evolving strategies.


Fostering a Supportive Learning Environment

- Establish a culture of growth, where graduates and trainees feel empowered to ask questions, take on new challenges, and build foundational skills.

- Provide consistent feedback and mentorship, helping trainees build confidence and proficiency in the basics of consulting and data centre knowledge.

- Conduct regular assessments to track progress, adjusting learning plans to ensure trainees are fully prepared for the next stage of their career development with WNTD.


University Engagement & Graduate Outreach

- Cultivate relationships with universities and graduate programmes, positioning WNTD as an employer of choice for graduates interested in data centre consulting and talent solutions.

- Represent WNTD at career fairs and university events, showcasing our graduate development programme as a unique pathway to a rewarding career.

- Build a proactive pipeline of early-career talent to ensure WNTD’s graduate and trainee programme is sustained with high-potential individuals.


What We’re Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience in early-career recruitment and training, ideally within recruitment

- Strong instructional and mentorship skills, with the ability to effectively train recent graduates and trainees in foundational industry knowledge.

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities, capable of creating a structured and engaging learning environment.
