Marketing Specialist

Impax Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Specialist to establish and execute our marketing strategy within the fast-evolving fields of Blockchain, AI, Web3, and Crypto recruitment. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our brand and engaging with our community. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter looking to shape our presence in emerging tech markets, with the potential to grow into a leadership position as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Community Management

• Develop and execute strategies across LinkedIn, X, Discord, and Telegram to engage clients and candidates.
• Manage social media and community channels, building brand awareness and growing our online presence.

Content Creation & Brand Positioning

• Produce engaging content tailored to Blockchain, AI, Web3, and Crypto sectors, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
• Oversee a content calendar to maintain consistent and relevant messaging.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan and run digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust for optimum results.

Website Management & SEO

• Manage website content updates and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive traffic.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on key metrics, analysing results to suggest improvements and maximise campaign effectiveness.

Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help refine our market positioning.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within tech/recruitment or strong knowledge of emerging tech.
• Strong social media and community management skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
