C# Developer - Junior - Mid level
Location: Chester - On-site or hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Role Overview:
My client is seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level C# Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior developers and other departments to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and high-performing C# applications. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to sharpen their skills while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain C# applications.
* Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices.
* Assisting in debugging, testing, and improving application performance.
* Participating in code reviews and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in C# development (or relevant academic projects/internships for junior candidates).
* Familiarity with the .NET framework and object-oriented programming principles.
* Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have (but not required):
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
* Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
