Job RequirementsA PT that is efficient, so no one that I will have to coddle or teach the ropes to from a new grad perspective.A person who is willing to treat in an inpatient rehab unit inside the hospital...90% of work will be on the unit. The other 10% will be in an ortho unit close to the IRF and maybe some med surgical floors.The job is mainly 8-5 M-F. We can flex some weekends if interested and it is a win/win for the therapist and our facility.We have a 6 man PT team that the PT will be a part of, so there will be other therapists. We staff SLP and OT as well.I expect the PT to take 4 pts on IRF and complete documentation in 8 hrs.We need 22 units per 8 hour day.
