ABOUT THE ROLE: In our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit, we are looking for an Internal Sales representative who will be responsible mainly (but not only) for Azure. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and engaging in general conversations around solution/product areas. Inside selling/Upselling by utilizing various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes. Manage customer requests through our ticketing tool (in English). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Prior experience in inside sales or the IT industry. Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM - ideally. Advanced Italian; intermediate English. WHAT WE OFFER: Hybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
