Job Description
Ideal Recruit has excellent opportunities for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Warrington. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, embraces change, and is adaptable to growth.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Actively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals.
Screening Applications: Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for the positions.
Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed about company policies, procedures, and expectations.
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
Be on call to support client needs when required, given our clients operate 24/7.
Requirements:
Recruitment experience is preferred but not required, as full training is provided.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Customer centric mindset, always putting people first.
