Private Client Paralegal with a view to a Training Contract

We are seeking a local Bedfordshire based Paralegal (law graduate with LPC) preferably with some Private Client experience to assist a fee earner in our Private Client Department, initially dealing with the administrative and compliance aspects of the management of a caseload, but building up capability to take on a caseload of routine work (Wills, LPAs, basic probate and property matters).

After a period of service there is progression to become a Trainee Solicitor in September 2025 and qualify as a Solicitor in the Private Client area of law.

Local Paralegals / Trainee Solicitors with a genuine interest and commitment to specialise in the Private Client area of law should apply. During the Training Contract training will primarily focus on Private Client work, so that you qualify and specialise into this area, but you will also gain some experience of contentious probate and other litigation, Court of Protection work, and property law.

The hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week based on a standard Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm working week.

The role will be office based, however, where you need to travel for business purposes you will be reimbursed reasonable travelling expenses. Access to a car is required for this role.
