Job Description: We are seeking a Training & Development Coordinator (Green Skills and Energy Technology) to develop and optimize curriculum offerings in renewable and green energy, enhancing income generation. The role involves delivering training and assessment sessions at the Energy Centre while identifying new opportunities for curriculum growth in mass-market sustainable technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Manager in developing and delivering curriculum in plumbing, gas, oil, and renewable energy systems.
* Adhere to Client and Awarding Bodies' quality assurance procedures.
* Contribute to the ongoing growth of CRC’s Green Skills and Energy Technology Training Centre.
* Manage allocated budgets efficiently to optimize resources.
* Assist in identifying funding streams and developing bids to secure financial support.
* Collaborate with internal marketing and identify external opportunities to promote the Centre.
* Attend events to promote the Energy Systems Centre, Academy, and Client.
* Continuously develop expertise to deliver inspiring teaching and learning experiences.
* Ensure compliance with Awarding Body and statutory regulatory standards in all Centre activities.
* Maintain accurate records for business development and course delivery.
* Follow procedures for enrolment, registration, and certification of learners.
* Engage with manufacturers and industry professionals to stay updated on industry trends.
* Identify sponsorship opportunities to boost income and enhance the Centre’s profile.
* Where required, provide teaching on apprenticeship courses within the Construction Department.
* Work in such a manner to ensure you do not place at risk other staff, students and visitors, in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other associated regulations.
* At all times comply with the current and future Client policies and procedures.

* You are liable to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required of you commensurate with your grade at your initial place of work or at any other Client site.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in an appropriate Plumbing/Gas discipline.
* CCN1 gas qualification and associated units including commercial.
* PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Assessors Award A1 or equivalent.
