As a Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms to provide high-quality education on an ad hoc basis. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons, ensuring continuity of learning, and managing classroom behavior effectively. Application Requirements: To apply, you must:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1 or primary education.
• Be flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills.
• Hold a valid enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned lessons or create engaging learning experiences when required.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide feedback on students' progress to staff as necessary.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Uphold school policies and procedures during your placement.
