Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact and engage with employers to identify training needs and sell apprenticeship programmes.
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, increasing market share across key sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
* Collaborate with senior management to continually improve the provider's product offering based on client feedback.
* Support the creation of corporate proposals, bids, and tenders to secure high-value contracts.
* Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends, making tactical recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring:
* A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the apprenticeship or training sector.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage a demanding workload, and meet sales targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* A genuine passion for education, putting the needs of both clients and learners at the forefront of everything you do.
