Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder, you will play a vital role in supporting students with varied needs within Key Stages 1 and 2. Your expertise will help create a positive and engaging learning environment where students can flourish. You will work closely with experienced SEN teachers, providing tailored support to help students reach their full potential.
Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• A caring and patient demeanor, with a passion for supporting SEN students.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs are advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for SEN students.
• Provide individualised support to students with ASD, helping them navigate their educational journey.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Collaborate with specialists and parents to create and implement effective learning strategies.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
