Job Description

OneFeed, a leading digital marketing agency in Bournemouth, is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Biddable Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both PPC and paid social advertising to develop, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms for our E-commerce clients. The split between PPC and paid social management is approximately 75% PPC and 25% paid social. You will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, conversions, and maximising ROI while aligning campaigns with our overall marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive biddable media strategies, with a 75% focus on search engines (e.g., Google Ads) and a 25% focus on social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaign performance
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center, and relevant social media advertising platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and reporting dashboards to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Make data-driven recommendations and implement strategic adjustments to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams (Client management, PPC leads, Head of PPC and Paid social team) to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and paid social advertising, including platform updates and emerging technologies
  • Generate detailed and insightful reports to effectively communicate campaign performance and progress to stakeholders
  • Oversee, nurture and manage 2 direct reports


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Biddable Manager or similar role in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI through paid media campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in both PPC (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign budgeting, and media buying strategies
  • In-depth analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic


Additional Requirements (PPC Focus):

  • Experience with Shopping campaigns, including feed management and optimisations
