Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team and report to the Head of Marketing. This role will involve supporting the delivery of all marketing functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting the company’s social media posts for final approval. Monitoring engagement, and reporting on campaign activity.

* Liaising with the external creative agency, relaying priorities and ensuring the retainer is effectively utilised.

* Supporting with the scoping, briefing and scheduling of email marketing campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing.

Experience and Skills Requirements

* Experience with design software such as Canva.

* Experience of MS Office, Sharepoint software, social media and email

* A positive and energetic attitude

* A 'can do, get stuck in’ approach

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Clear, concise and confident communicator with stakeholders at various levels of seniority

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality results

* Copywriting and proofing skills

* Analytical and data skills

* Experience of email marketing, website management and social media scheduling software (advantageous)

* Proven proactive and efficient task management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-up on projects and action items. (advantageous)
