An excellent primary school in Bristol is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs. A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role, and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable. The SEN Teaching Assistant will have the chance to work closely with children who have mental health difficulties, exhibit challenging behaviour, or have learning disabilities such as Autism.
The school is looking for a Bristol based, confident and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic and passionate about their role in supporting a child's education. Ideally, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management skills, and any form of restraint training, such as Team Teach, would be beneficial.
ASAP start
£90 to £100 per day, dependent on experience
