Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in guiding students on their learning journeys, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a vibrant SEN environment. Collaborating closely with teachers and therapists, you’ll hone your skills to support students’ academic progress, emotional well-being, and social development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* In this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you will support learning, assist in delivering tailored educational programs to meet individual student needs.
* Provide exceptional pastoral care, working closely with pastoral leads to support students' emotional and social development.
* Work in partnership with Professionals, engage with therapists and specialist teachers to implement effective learning strategies.
* Participate in the school's comprehensive enrichment program, including activities like horticulture, fitness, and music.
