About the role: We have an incredible opportunity for you to join a highly supportive primary school in Cricklewood as a Teaching Assistant in the Early Years Department! As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and positive environment for young learners. Working closely with the Early Years class teacher, you’ll help create an engaging and safe space for children, supporting them in their developmental and educational journeys. With small class sizes of just 15 students, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference, providing each child with individualized attention and care. You’ll also work with students in Key Stages 1 and 2, where you’ll support both general learning and specific needs, particularly for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the class teacher with daily lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Provide individual and small group support, helping students with their specific learning needs.
• Support students with SEN, promoting inclusion and equal learning opportunities.
• Help maintain a safe and encouraging classroom environment.
• Contribute to students’ social and emotional development, fostering confidence and well-being.
