Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, plus benefits and performance bonus

About the Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the firm’s overall marketing strategy, working closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strategic mind, and can analyze campaign effectiveness to continuously drive performance.

You’ll also be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing social media presence, and assisting with events and webinars that engage existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Create and manage compelling content across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web
• Assist in planning and organizing client-focused events and webinars
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with design and digital teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

• Previous marketing experience within the financial services sector (investment management experience highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and CMS tools
