About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our OTT platform. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, using your sales expertise to identify and develop new business opportunities from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your business acumen and sales skills at a company with over 30 years of industry experience, poised for new growth
The Ideal Candidate
We seek a motivated and experienced professional who possesses:
- Knowledge of OTT, online video, streaming services, and SaaS solutions (preferred).
- A proven record of generating pipeline and securing new opportunities.
- Strong expertise in business development and lead generation.
- A robust network within the UK or European broadcast media market.
- The ability to build strong cross-functional relationships internally.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- A positive attitude, combined with a strong sense of process and dynamic entrepreneurial spirit
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives for OTT services in the Broadcast and Telco sectors.
- Take ownership of your territory by developing effective business development strategies, proposals, and plans to meet growth and revenue targets with mid-sized to large clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional lead generation skills using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Show proven success in driving pipeline growth and achieving results.
- Work in a hybrid environment, with a willingness to travel and engage in customer meetings and trade shows as part of your role.
