Job Description

Talent Partner

Core3 are looking for a Talent Partner to join their team in London. You will be working for a purpose-driven start up in Bristol that really values their people. Certified B Corporation.

Why join us?

Find your why, be yourself, inspire change. We are a purpose-driven recruitment company who believe business has a greater role to play in society than just making a profit. Our purpose is to pioneer the ‘conscious recruitment’ mindset; putting people, planet and progress first. This is why we pledged to give back 3% of every placement to our local community and the environment. We also give our people 1 day every month to volunteer and give back.

We’re right at the start of our journey, so joining now will give you so much exposure in a start-up environment, working side-by-side with our founder giving you one-to-one coaching and development. There are limitless opportunities for progression as we scale the business.

How you’ll make an impact

In this Talent Partner opportunity, you will work directly with the London Director to build the business’ network of clients and candidates. You will get the opportunity to learn how to be a consultative partner to your customers, providing them with a service that is not only high quality, but also one that genuinely cares.

We’re lucky to be able to change people’s lives by helping people find their dream job, and you can really measure your impact working for a company that gives back.

The key responsibilities for this role are as follows;

  • Mapping out prospective clients using AI driven technology
  • Introducing our services and value proposition to new clients
  • Conducting client meetings to build relationships and gain a deep understanding of each opportunity
  • Developing eye-catching advertising campaigns to attract a wider reach of candidates
  • Help produce video content to bring the opportunities to life
  • Approaching appropriate candidates through multiple channels
  • Conducting face-to-face candidate meetings to assess technical & personality fit
  • Shortlisting the most suitable candidates for the role and delivering a detailed overview to clients
  • Preparing your candidates for interview, and taking detailed feedback
  • Owning the offer management stage and delivering the good news to successful candidates
  • Keeping in touch post-placement and providing first class aftercare
  • Regularly sharing value-add content on LinkedIn to build your personal brand
  • Building your technical knowledge and researching your local market
  • Attending networking events to build your professional network (optional)
  • Fast-track development and progression to the Senior Talent Partner and Managerial level

Why we’re excited about you

We are looking for people that are hungry to succeed, are aligned to our values, can bring new perspectives, and believe business has a bigger role to play in society than just making a profit. If the below sounds like you then get in touch;

  • Prior experience in a recruitment or sales environment is desirable
  • Hungry to succeed and progress their career, while maintaining a high level of integrity
  • A good commercial acumen and interest in the business world
  • An inquisitive mind that always like to understand more
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain customer relationships
  • A confident, professional, and articulate communicator
  • Eager to learn and develop, making small improvements every day
  • A resilient and positive nature… doesn’t sweat the small stuff
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

What you’ll get in return

We put people first, and we want to do all we can for our employees. That means the best remuneration, benefits, tools, and work environment we can afford, alongside the healthiest culture we can foster.

  • Competitive Salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme (no thresholds)
  • Unlimited holiday allowance with flexible & hybrid working
  • I day every month to volunteer and give back
  • Regular team incentives, events and trips away
  • Apple Macbook Air loaded with market leading recruitment technology
  • Discounted retail, gym membership, holidays, car, and home insurance
  • One-to-one personal development and mentoring
  • Amazing office space in Bristol (barista coffee, beer fridge, bring your dog!)
  • There’s more…see the full list on our website.

We invite applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the requirements of the role, whilst supporting and promoting equality and diversity to create an inclusive working environment for all.
