US Leveraged Credit Analyst – London

Our client, an impressive credit fund, is seeking to add a talented US credit analyst to their growing London-based investment team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to analyse and invest across both the high yield bond and leveraged loan universe, with a particular focus on the US corporate credit market.

Within this role, the responsibilities will include:

• Participation across the entire investment cycle - idea generation, trade execution and managing of positions
• Building and maintaining US and European credit market knowledge across high yield/leveraged loans, but also investment grade, special situations, etc.
• Working collaboratively with senior members of the team across analysis, portfolio management and trading
• Contribution to the wider credit strategies within the team across sub-investment grade, high yield, leveraged loans, stressed and distressed credit

Our client would expect the candidate to have gained a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar investment seat with a knowledge and focus on US names. Or have gained previous experience covering the US leveraged loan and high yield market in a research, restructuring or trading seat.
