Job Description

* This is a fixed Term Contract, starting from January 2025 - December 2025 *


In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in driving brand presence and growth in the UK market, joining a dynamic team as they launch new products and expand key retail partnerships. You’ll play an active role in shaping and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring the brand’s visibility across multiple channels.


This luxury skincare and cosmetics brand is renowned for its commitment to natural beauty, sustainability, and nature-inspired formulations. Established over 50 years ago, the brand emphasises sustainably sourced, eco-friendly ingredients, often spotlighting the benefits of botanically derived nutrients. With a diverse range of products spanning skincare, makeup, and body.


Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Help plan and execute UK marketing campaigns in line with the brand strategy.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate on creating and localising marketing materials for the UK market.
  • Digital Assistance: Support social media and online campaigns, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis: Research consumer trends to keep this brand competitive in beauty.
  • Event & PR Support: Assist with marketing events, press launches, and influencer partnerships.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor the marketing budget to keep campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on campaign metrics, including engagement and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign delivery.


Requirements

  • Must have relevant marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics or social media platforms.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working from the London office 3 days a week
