About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with Cost X software, demonstrating proficiency in cost estimation and analysis. This role requires a meticulous individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Performing risk, value management, and cost control
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
