Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - Welwyn Garden City
We’re excited to partner with a fantastic SEN school in Welwyn Garden City, looking for a passionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and complex physical or sensory impairments.

Role Information
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 15:30
* Salary: £85 - £90/day (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)
* Location: Welwyn Garden City
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, supportive relationships with students
* Promote independence and personal growth
* Assist in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
* Support the class teacher in classroom activities
* Foster students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development
Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant degree in education, psychology, or a related field
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* Experience with SEN students is desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or able to commute)
* Right to work in the UK
