£130-£155 per day depending on experience

We are working closely with a variety of SEN Primary, secondary schools as well as colleges in the Leeds areas who are looking for ECT's for both day-to-day adhoc work, and longer term roles!

Requirements
Must of gained QTS in the Summer
Experience within EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels
Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
