Job Description
Are you a dynamic and proactive Marketing Graduate/ professional with a passion for education and marketing? Do you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail? Our client is seeking a Referrals & Marketing Manager to join their dedicated team.
Our client is a leading specialist education provider for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Please note this role is fully on-site, 5 days a week.
Salary- £30000- £35000.
Role Overview:
As their Referrals & Marketing Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the referral-to-placement process, ensuring swift and effective placements for students whose needs align with our provisions.
Take charge of marketing initiatives, enhancing the school's reputation through website development, social media, positive publicity, and award submissions.
Build strong relationships with placing authorities and maintain accurate records related to referrals, placements, and pupil transitions.
Collaborate with school leaders to achieve placement targets and provide regular updates on capacity and referrals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage referral inquiries, arrange visits, and oversee initial assessments.
Drive marketing strategies, ensuring an engaging online presence and managing our media reputation.
Maintain detailed and accurate referral and placement records.
Communicate regularly with placing authorities and internal stakeholders.
Achieve agreed cluster placement targets and ensure accurate documentation for placements and invoicing. What We’re Looking For:
A degree in marketing.
Experience in marketing, especially within an education or similar environment, is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong ICT and social media expertise.
A professional, reliable, and collaborative approach.
