This position reports to

Digital Customer Experience Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the divisions in ABB to define their e-commerce strategy. Each day, you will design and operate the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and implementing the commercial strategy including marketing and sales actions.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Develop, get buy-in from stakeholders, and execute the ABB Shop country onboarding and deployment roadmap
*Work in coordination with the local sales organization, directly with customers and channel partners
*Requires thorough business processes understanding across multiple Divisions and functions (Ranging from Service, Product, and System/Project sales)
*Develop clear and fact-based recommendations for senior management in an easy to understand yet comprehensive way

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience OR Master's Degree with minimum 6 years of experience required. Additional experience in implementations/rollouts of eCommerce /digital initiatives as well as consulting experience in eCommerce would be a plus
  • Ability to work and deliver under the pressure of deadlines and commitments to the customer
  • Experience with eCommerce, ideally holding a project management role on at least one full scale project
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer facing with solid communication skills, including virtual and in person presentations.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Candidate must have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $92,500 and $171,500 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
