This position can be home-based.
You will lead project management to support revenue development and donor stewardship across programs within the Association's impact investing platform. Association Ventures' vision builds upon the overall Association’s mission by funding programs that ensure the translation of high-quality, evidence-based science, research, and clinical know-how into an actionable, meaningful, equitable, and sustainable positive impact on patients and the healthcare system.

Responsibilities
The program managed will work to support existing programs, including but not limited to:
The Social Impact Funds, which support sustainable, scalable businesses that address social drivers of health through equity investments, loans, and grants. This fund supports organizations that expand health access and quality, drive economic empowerment, and address food insecurity.
The Go Red for Women Venture Fund, an emerging program designed to fund companies driving scientific advancements and practical solutions and products to improve women’s health. The Go Red For Women Venture Fund leverages the Association's history of leading scientific research, public awareness, and advocacy for women's cardiovascular and brain health.
Studio Red, a program helping incubate and launch new mission-aligned enterprises to support the Association's mission to be a relentless force for longer, healthier lives.
This position will also be expected to:
Work internally with a broad group of key stakeholders including mission advancement leaders at the national level and in all five Association regions, field/market teams in existing and new Social Impact Fund markets, national corporate relations, and all Association ventures-related staff and volunteer leaders. This individual may also work externally with strategic alliances. Provide project management for critical projects. Identify and manage project scope, schedule, development of process flows, and providing role clarity) and deliverables. Drive accountability to the program plan(s). Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication among departments.
Communicate regularly with internal staff, management, volunteers, and consultants for assigned projects to advance the plan and execution of plan/guidelines.
Lead team meetings to drive plan coordination and collaboration amongst team members and stakeholders. Help the team(s) prioritize tactics and strategies.
Prepare communications, including customization and preparation of donor and sponsor presentations and reports, leveraging established templates and custom communications, and gathering content from various sources to create compelling and informative narratives. Ensure donor recognition fulfillment for donor portfolio, ensuring preparation in collaboration with other departments to meet multiple recognition objectives.
Support the Managing Director of Development and Operations in the generation and execution of a robust, overarching revenue development program plan(s) with thorough and efficient tactical execution, collaborating across departments and ensuring alignment with development team standards.
Understand market/industry/donor trends and the science/guidelines supporting program focuses and continually ensure a deep understanding of the objectives and impact of the program.
Record plans, interactions, activities, and results of donor and prospect relationships in the association CRM, ensuring timely record-keeping and adherence to standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Two (2) – Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Planning/Product or Program Management.
Marketing execution for Digital/Web, Public Health, and/or Advertising.
Business and Web Analytics.
Office Suite (Word, Outlook, advanced Excel, advanced PowerPoint), smartsheets.
Software applications that manage projects, timelines, and communicate processes.
Philanthropy, nonprofit, community impact, or relations.
Persuasive writing and presentations, including proposals.
Ability to travel up to 5% local and overnight stay.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing or Public Health.
Master’s degree in business, Public Health or /and Marketing.
PMP Certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary midpoint to the max of the range is $85,900.00 to $120,000.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
