">Job Overview:
">We seek highly motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our team. Successful candidates will provide exceptional care to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
">Responsibilities:
">- Participate in and receive report from licensed nurses at the beginning and end of assigned shifts
">- Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure provision of appropriate care
">- Frequently observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met
">- Maintain confidentiality of resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
">- Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting their rights and privacy at all times
">- Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living
">Requirements:
">- Must be at least 17 and a half years old
">- High school graduate or equivalent required
">- Licensure with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing required
